Next BCBC Join us!

The next Breast Cancer Boot Camp is Saturday, 10/20/09 at 6:00 p.m. at 180 Sports & Fitness. We can work out on our own or join in for the Body Attack.

BCBC members are welcome to join the Boot Camp session, or feel free to work out on your own. I recommend showing up early, so you can have a quick facility tour.

Don't Forget: The exciting news is that any BCBC participant will be given full access to the entire 180 Sports & Fitness Facility for the ENTIRE month of October. Again - no fees, no strings attached, just asking for a donation to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. This means any classes they offer are included. I participated in my first every Yoga class last night - very cool.

Men and Women are encouraged to attend. There are many days left in October - make the most of it.

This past December (12/25/08) we lost an amazing woman, my aunt Martha "Lou" Canfield O'Connor. One of the bravest women I know, she fought a long courageous battle of breast cancer. I think CANCER sucks! Martha Lou this is for you.
